Organic farming is to help us maintaining the balance in the nature, as well as the respect that’s easy to forget! The rice field that was hide among the valleys of Yu-Li, Huan Lien, grow quietly in 16 years and slowly expanded/centralized into 23.2 hectares of organic fields. To cherish the precious harvest, they went all the way to manage everything organically, including machines for fertilizing, tracking, planting, moving, and harvesting, to block any chance of pollution.
We use the rice mill factory that only serves organic rice in order to keep the unanimous belief of heaven, earth and human in the brown rice. Like rough jade hidden in the rice, we call it "Hidden Jade Rice." By chewing it you may taste the persistent force of Yuli people .
Instead of being a label or a logo, organic is simply to restore the original relationship between human and nature, and to go back to balance. It is not a trademark, but the execution power.
Remember to soak the brown rice first for 1-2 hours after washing. New rice contains more water than old rice so please don not add too much water when cooking. The maximum ratio is 1 cup:1 cup among rice and water. This way you can get the best springy taste.
