JLo's dough was started by myself (Jackie Lo), in the kitchen of my parents house.

I started baking when I was in college and ever since, developed a passion for healthy, nutritious, and quality bread. I also travelled across 5 continents and learned about the different styles of baking in various cultures.

I enjoy eating and creating sweet pastries such as cookies, cinnamon buns, pies and cakes. My part-time career as a pastry chef at Pizzaria Libretto has helped me to develop a knowledge of pastry doughs that I am happy to share with you all!
