I saw a product on your website recently, but now I can’t find it!

We do our best to keep our products in-stock at all times, but there will be times when products are temporarily unavailable. Check back to see if the item has become available again, or send us an email if you would like a notification when it is back in stock.

I ordered an item, but I need it right away!

You may specify expedited shipping and we will do our best to ensure the products are mailed as quickly as possible.

I placed an order a while ago and my order has not arrived yet. Where is it?

We do our best to ship orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. If it is taking longer for your order to arrive than you think it should, please contact us with your order number and we will do our best to help figure out where your order is and when you can expect to receive it.

I have some ideas for products you should sell - can I tell you about them?

Sure thing! We love learning more about the kinds of products our customers are looking for and we love hunting to find them. Send us an email!
