Conserving restoring and enhancing stream and wetland resources for future development use
White Fox Mitigation Bank
The White Fox Mitigation Bank is owned and operated by
Broken Arrow, LLC and Larry Anderson in Wright County, Iowa.
Mitigation banking is the preferred method of resource agencies for
mitigating unavoidable wetland and stream impacts, versus
permittee-responsible mitigation.
Mitigation banks are resource areas that have been restored and then set aside in perpetuity to compensate for future impacts to aquatic
resources resulting from permitted activities.
